Hirst and Roast

We had a day out mid week and sans children to visit the Damien Hirst exhibition as well as spending time over a very long lunch at the excellent ‘Roast’ above Brough Market. The Hirst was interesting, with some notable highs (butterflies, cows and sharks) together with some lows (coloured spots -?). Brough Market was very cosmopolitan with exceptional stands – rather better than round here. A long coffee by the Thames and a boat ride back to the Eye rounded off an excellent day!
